One option we offer is our Net-Zero Home package, which includes appliances and a full solar array that will cover the entirety of your utility needs. With this pre-made package, you will pay nothing each month on your heat, hot water and electricity bills. Our turn-key home is a 2 bedroom, 1 ½ bath with a large two car garage 10'x16' rear deck. The package does not include excavation costs, as those are site dependent. We offer building lot evaluations and free estimates on excavations and all preparation costs to ensure you are fully informed to make the right decisions for your budget.
