I am a first time home owner in Portland and NE construction has been great to work with! Saved a garage that the previous home owner had failed to repair after a tree fell on it. They came in and repaired / replaced 6 broken rafters. They also noticed the it was badly designed and put in ties to keep the building from spreading and collapsing They were under budget and very responsive by text, phone, or email.

Nate and the N-E Construction team are conscientious, communicative and caring! Nate maintained an open line of communication (by phone, email and text) throughout our project, making us feel valued. Nate's enthusiasm takes the edge off your renovation angst. He's like the conductor of an orchestra, deftly collaborating with his clients, employees, designers and his many hard-working subcontractors (painters, electrician, plumber, roofers, flooring and tile guys). N-E Construction foreman Thom Curtis is a consummate woodworker/finish carpenter. He made our live-edge maple bar top and vintage bead-board island shine.

And N-E Construction finished our project right on time, despite COVID, vendor delays and the unprecedented demand for their capable remodeling services in late 2020.
